FAQ's - Frequently Asked Questions

Products:
1)
Q: "Why is the type of material missing from product descriptions?" A: "Outdoor types of materials for fountains, statues, etc... have been evolving quickly over the last few years. Going from alabastrite up through the newest fiber resin (composite of fiberglas and resin). There is some competition among manufactures and as a result product material information is rarely included in the product info from the manufacturer. Rather than mislead customers we chose to omit the material and post a statement about it here. Materials such as stainless steel are obvious from the item title"

2) Q: "Who manufactures your products?"  A: "Most businesses such as we who sell products have a contract with the manufacture. The terms of the contract do not allow us to reveal their identity. In cases that the identity can be revealed, the manufacturer will be clearly shown in the title and/or description."

3) Q: "What happens if I have paid for my item and it turns out to be out of stock?" A: "You will be notified immediately and when the item is expected back. If you agree we can hold your payment and put a reserve on the item for you. If not you will be 100% refunded on the spot"

4) Q: "Do the stainless steel wind spinners need any kind of clear coat?" A: No. The Wind Spinners are already protected with the powder coat finish applied at the factory as it is an anticorrosive coating".

5) Q: "What does the gauge of steel mean"? A: The metal industry produces steel in standard thicknesses. This is referred to as the gauge of the material. As the gauge number goes down the material gets thicker. As it goes up the material gets thinner".
